Are you immigration attorneys?
No. We are legal document preparers certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. We prepare documents at your direction and provide general legal information.
We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you before USCIS or any court. If your case needs legal strategy — a prior removal order, a criminal history, a complicated waiver — we will tell you honestly so you can speak with an immigration attorney. Sending you somewhere else when that is the right call is part of doing this job properly.
Are you "notarios"?
No — and the difference is important. In Mexico, a notario público is a highly trained attorney with significant legal authority. In the United States, a notary public has no such authority and cannot legally advise you on immigration matters.
We are neither. We are certified legal document preparers, a distinct category that is regulated and certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. If someone in the U.S. is advertising immigration help as a "notario," be careful.
How much does it cost?
Our fee depends on which forms your situation requires, and we quote it before any work begins — no surprises partway through.

USCIS already rejected my application. Can you still help?
Yes. Bring us the notice you received — the rejection or the Request for Evidence. We will review exactly what USCIS asked for and prepare the response documents and any corrected forms.
Do I have to come into the office?
We have offices on both sides of the border — Somerton, Arizona and San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora — and you are welcome at either. But you can start the conversation by phone or WhatsApp before you ever drive anywhere.
Do you speak Spanish?
